Former C4ISR Advisor for COMMANDER THIRD FLEET for U.S. Navy, embarked as permanent staff member aboard USS CORONADO, AGF 11. Provided support for requirements analysis and integration of experimental technologies designed for Navy use aboard the USS Coronado, U.S. Navy’s "Command Ship of the Future".

Responsible for providing liaison between Naval and Marine Corps Fleet personnel and technology companies providing systems to the United Sates Navy for SPAWAR and COMMANDER THIRD FLEET. Established first shipboard JCCC (Joint Command and Control Centre) and installed Network Management, Asset Management, and response line support for Third Fleet Staff. Liased all aspects of Command and Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems installation, integration and user training for Commander Third Fleet. Function included working with technology designers and suppliers to resolve military doctrinal issues and monitoring usability issues.

Former Fleet Systems Engineer aboard USS JOHN C. STENNIS in support of initiative IT-21 Monitored installation, implementation, assisted with system specification, problem and change management where necessary.

Part of team to implement Shipboard Simulation Training Systems for USMC (United States Marine Corps and NSSC (Naval Sea Systems Command). Specifically working closely with Navy and Marine Corps personnel to establish training regime for Marine Corps personnel afloat.
